Meet and Greet is scheduled....
Meet Fun loving Timmy – our best guess is that he is a lab/hound cross and approximately 11 months old. He currently weighs about 35 pounds – we do not expect him to get much larger he may fill out some more – but will probably stay in the 35l-40b range. Timmy is your typical fun loving, high energy pup. He loves toys, playing, and cuddling on. He’s very eager to please and loves the attention of humans. He gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with them. He is a quick learner, in just a couple days he has learned sit and is already starting to understand the word "no". As with all puppies, he needs some help learning his manners. Timmy is very food motivated so teaching this guy should be fun and rewarding. As most pups – he is very happy and gets excited when seeing people..Timmy lives with a 1 year old foster sister that likes to steal his toys – he has no issues or aggression when she does this .. he just moves on like “Oh well “I’ll find something else to play with” !
Timmy was found roaming the streets in Texas with his sister. They have not had the greatest start in life. They went from roaming the streets to living in a loud shelter. They have not had the opportunity to learn basic manners and obedience – but he is very smart and willing so it won’t take much. You would never know he had such a crappy beginning in life –when you see his outgoing and friendly personality.
Timmy is crate and house trained. Timmy is current on his vaccines, neutered, microchipped, is HW- and is on monthly heartworm preventative. He is currently being fostered in East Windsor, CT. His adoption fee is $450. If you are interested in this fun loving pup please email SHERRYL825@cox.net
