Cork's Story...

Cork is a very uniquely colored kitten.  His mother is a seal point Siamese named Lilly.  We do not know what the daddy looked like.  Cork is a blackish gray on his main body and has the darker legs and points of a Siamese.  His eyes remain blue at this time.

Cork has been loving raised by his cat mom, his foster human and a dog that lives in the foster home.  He loves to be held and will undoubtedly be a lap cat when he grows up.  He loves his siblings. He does very well with young children and dogs. We would like for Cork to be adopted with one of his sibs or his mom, Lilly.

His siblings are Bennet, Stella, Lucy and Suzie. If you are interested in Cork please complete our online application at thewayhomeinc.org

Cork and his siblings will be spayed / neutered and fully vaccinated.  Their adoption fees are 85 each. They will have their surgeries approx. the middle of June.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cork, a Orlando Siamese kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Siamese kitten from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
