Maxx's Story...
Max is a sweet quiet loving boy. He is 4 years old and weighs 18 lbs. He has your typical Lhasa stoic behavior. He is crate trained and house broken. He loves long walks and rides very well in a car. He does like being the only in the home although he does get along with other dogs. He needs to be in a home with adults only and quiet activity. He is a handsome boy. If you would like this wonderful dog in your home call Vicky @760-672-2258. We are a rescue, so an adoption fee will apply. All our dogs come with a adoption kit. Please go to our website to fill out the application www.k9connectonpetadoption.org. You can also visit us at Pet Smart Encinitas on the 1st , 2nd and 4th Sat. (12-3) of the month. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maxx, a Carlsbad Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Carlsbad, or seeking a Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Carlsbad.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Carlsbad already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Carlsbad breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Carlsbad paves the way for another one to be saved.
