My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My fosters have so much to say about me:
He is Energetic, but wants to please you.
Loves belly rubs, especially first thing in the mornings. He is a retriever and loves fetching balls or sticks. He is a People watcher and can sit in front of Starbucks completely content. He looks up and likes butterflies and birds. He wants to make you happy although needs a lot of training and redirecting. He is mouthy & bitey and jumps on you but those will probably resolve when he is done being a puppy. He loves chew toys, ropes, balls, bully sticks, etc. He is Smart: 75% potty trained, his accidents in the house are always by the door. He would benefit with a dog door and back yard. He is Kennel trained at night and doesn't oppose at all but hates it during the day. He does great with other dogs - very playful. He would benefit from a stimulating environment, dog brother/sister, 2-3 long walks a day, young kids at home, a stay at home parent or babysitter, retired, etc.
He is assertive, walks on an extended leash all the way to the full extension with no fear and his full head out the car window for wind. He is protective, gives off warning grunts to let you know someone is coming. I noticed he barks when he plays but he hasn't barked when the doorbell rings.
