Hi there. My name is Doug and I am a distinguished male mixed breed born in January 2014. I weigh around 55 pounds.
I'm a quirky guy in search of his forever home! I hate to start off boasting but I am devastatingly handsome. (At least that's what the humans tell me.) However, I know that it's what is on the inside that truly counts, so let me tell you a little bit about myself! I am a friendly fellow with a huge heart! I'm the kind of guy that likes to make his human feel like the most special human in the world! I will never fail to greet you with an excited tail wag, slobbery kisses, and a big, goofy grin plastered across my face. I'm also a very loyal and devoted pooch. You can count on me to stick by your side through thick and thin!
Not only am I good looking and intelligent, but I'm also very bright! I love showing off my skills! I have mastered "Sit," "Down," "Shake," "Stay," and "High Five!" I am very food motivated and love to learn! Training is a great outlet for me to relax. I hope to continue my education in my forever home and be my best possible self! Daily exercise is another priority of mine. I'm very energetic and I hope my forever person will exercise me in all sorts of fun ways! I would love to tag along for hikes, jogs, or even camping trips!
It would be best that I went to a home with older or no children. You see, sometimes I get so excited, I might accidentally knock the little ones over. My bad! While I have plenty of love for humans, I'm a little more picky with my doggy pals. If you have any canines in the home, I'd love to meet them to see if we'd be a good match!
