Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We saw Roscoe being posted for sale by a lady who had stated he was not fixed. For small dogs this is not good as people will buy them to use them for breeding, this is no life for a dog. Backyard breeders do not care about the dogs, just what money they can make off them. When talking to the lady she had his mum and she was not fixed either. We asked if she needed help in getting her fixed and she said yes so we got Roscoe and his mum fixed at the same time. Roscoe is a sweetheart in his foster home. He plays with all the other small dogs in the house. He is not sure of the cat. He has not hurt her but if she runs he will chase. If you tell him no he will stop. Roscoe is about a year and a half old and 8lbs, so full grown. He is a pure bred Chihuahua. He is fixed, current on all shots, heartworm negative, micro chipped and on monthly prevention. If you want a little snuggle buddy this is your man. We do recommend with the tiny dogs not going to families with small children.
