Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MOXIE AND FOXIE - BONDED PAIR
Foxie is 2 years old and 9 pounds, and Moxie is a year old.
They are Fox Terrier mixes. Both are females. They were extremely frightened and unsure of new people and situations. They have assimilated, but not without time, patience, and a few tribulations. They remain very loyal to one another and typically want to be near each other, especially in new situations. They can be hesitant and wary of strangers. They form bonds quickly with a human and learn acceptance of others, they just need time.
Of the 2, Foxie is larger, Moxie is the smaller girl. They are wary of other dogs. They tolerate them, but they do not like to have their space invaded, this may change with training and patience. They rely on each other for security and are best friends. Both are potty trained and use a doogy door easily like good girls. Foxie is the more talkative of the two and both are well behaved. They love to snuggle with "their" humans, and love to have their ears scratched. They will be adopted together as they share a special bond and feel safe as a pair. If you would like to make Moxie and Foxie a part of your family please fill out an application online at www.lapdogrescue.org and include their names at the top. Please note the Adoption fee for them together is $300.
