Tracy is an energetic, 8 month old Dorgi, a Corgi and dachshund mix, weighing 24 pounds. Though we think a DNA test on her might prove her heritage to be very interesting and varied.
She has a shiny black coat with white spots on her tummy and paws. Crate trained and house-broken, Tracy is affectionate (she likes to be held like a baby) and lively. She would do best with an active person ( such as a runner or hiker or at least a regular walker) or a family with another young dog to romp with. Tracy is doing very well with her leash training.
This dog girl has a sweet disposition, and she adores people–men, women, and children. She is alert and watchful (she will guard your yard) and she likes to cuddle. She loves to play with other dogs and retrieve balls. She is being fostered with a teenager whom she idealizes, and she has been gentle and loving with respectful younger children whom she has met. If you would like to make Tracy part of your family, please submit an online adoption application at www.lapdogrescue.org, found under FORMS, and be sure to include her name at the top
