My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a male Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix. I am about 1 year old and weigh 9.2 lbs. I am neutered, heartworm negative, current on shots, micro-chipped and on flea/heartworm prevention. My adoption is $225.

I was rescued from a house that had 32 dogs living in the backyard. I am afraid of people and will shy away if approached. When I go to my new home, I need to have a leash and harness on at all times. This way, if I go under furniture, I can be led out instead of being reached for which spooks me. It will take time until I trust any people.

Please email for an application. A New Beginning Pet Rescue, Inc. only accepts cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards and no longer accept checks. The pets are available to be seen at our adoption events on weekends at the Petsmart in Altamonte Springs on Saturday from 11-4:30 and Sunday from 12-4:30.
