Sometimes in rescue you wonder what has happened to an animal in the past. Tulip is one of those animals that we wonder about. This shy but friendly girl needs a home where she can be the ONLY fur-baby. Something in her lifetime has made her no longer like other animals. It's sad to think she's been in such a situation.
