Midnight is a social little man. He'll greet you at the door when you come home or answer when you call for him with a happy meow, and kiss you on the tip of your nose in the morning when you wake up. At 8 years old, he's a well-mannered man -- avoiding your countertops and computer keyboards -- but that doesn't mean he won't act like a kitten when his favorite toys are out! He enjoys sitting beside you on the couch while you work and sleeping by your feet at night. Sometimes he can be a little nervous about being pet, and might do better with adults or older kids who know how to read a cat's mood and meet him where he's at. But for the most part, he's very happy to be pet and held and will purr with content in your arms. He'll reward you with loyalty and many rubs against your legs while you cook in the kitchen. Midnight has a food allergy so has to eat a special food that you can find easily at pet stores or online. He does well with other cats. He's also a hidden gem, which means his adoption fee is waived. If you'd like to meet Midnight, contact his foster mom at dcfostermomsusie@gmail.com.
