Noel's Story...
Introducing Noel.

Sweet Noel came to us from the shelter in Ripley Tennessee. It is a small rural shelter with very little traffic from adopters. Sadly, for many dogs, it is the last stop. We saw her and knew that this girl had a lot of love and life and just needed a chance. So we loaded her, and about 10 other dogs, into our car and began our drive back to Memphis.

Noel quickly settled into her foster home, enjoying the activities of young kids and other dogs. Our vet estimates are age to be approximately 2 years old - so she's over the puppy stuff, but loves to play with other dogs and will make a wonderful companion for someone. Noel did test positive for heart worms, but sailed through treatment and is ready for her forever home.

Her adoption fee is $500 and includes her spay surgery, microchip, heartworm treatment, all up to date vaccinations, health certificate and transportation from her foster home in Memphis to your area upon adoption. Please contact us if you would like more information on Noel and we'd be happy to send along an adoption application and put you in touch with Noel's foster family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Noel, a Brattleboro Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
