Dixie is such a sweet, gentle dog. She is about a year old and weighs 45 pounds. She was dumped at the end of a dirt road with her brother, Dusty. She was picked up by some kind people. They couldn't keep her because they already had 6 dogs. She got along very well with all their animals and family. She also has beautiful eyes. She is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. If you would like to meet Dixie, please call Stone County Humane Society at 870-269-5200 to arrange a visit or you can also go on-line and complete an adoption application at our website schspets.org. Dixie would make a great addition to any home.
