Phoebe is a petite little lady who is full of purrs and love. She loves to be cuddled, and will demand all of your attention! She loves to be spoiled and wants to spoil you too. She loves everyone that she meets, especially her best friend Joey! She and Joey would love to be adopted together.
Phoebe was rescued from a hoarding situation in South Los Angeles. When we rescued her she was skin and bones. We are happy to report that she has recovered and is doing great now!
Phoebe is about 6 month old. Like all Stray Cat Alliance cats available for adoption, she has been spayed, is current on vaccinations, microchipped, and combo tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
Phoebe is currently in a foster home in West Los Angeles. You can meet this precious little girl by appointment by emailing us at Adoptions@StrayCatAlliance.org
To meet other Stray Cat Alliance cats and kittens available for adoption, please visit one of our adoption centers, or email us at Adoptions@StrayCatAlliance.org to find out about meeting cats and kittens who are in foster care.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
