Canolli's Story...
Canolli is an honorary sighthound. She is 40 lbs and over a 1 year old. She is super sweet. Canolli was a stray found in Gilbert by a good person who took her in and got her healthy. Unfortunately the person could not keep Canolli because she was going after the neighbor's chickens. She cannot live with cats, small dogs or chickens, but would LOVE to live with YOU!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Canolli, a Tucson Greyhound/Mixed Breed (Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound/Mixed Breed (Medium) for sale in Tucson, or seeking a Greyhound/Mixed Breed (Medium) dog from a breeder in Tucson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tucson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tucson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound/Mixed Breed (Medium) breeders who help with Greyhound/Mixed Breed (Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tucson paves the way for another one to be saved.
