Cooper, around 5 months old. He was taken from his owner by animal control who were actually out on another call and spotted him thank goodness. He was chained to a kids plastic playhouse that had no roof on it and he had managed to get himself over the side and was hanging by his neck. He was not in great shape when we got him, and lost most of his hair with his first bath, but some vet care and lots of love and good food from his foster mom he's looking pretty darn good now! This boy is super sweet, loves everyone and is great with other dogs, a dog in his forever home will be wonderful, he listens well and stays right by your side. We don't think he will be very big but are unsure of his breed, just a little guy!
