Athena was born in approximately 2012 and came from a hoarding situation. Initially, she was uncomfortable at the Sanctuary, but with each passing day she has become more friendly and playful with people. She warms up especially quickly if you have a toy or baby food to offer. She gets along just fine with other cats. Athena is in good health, but is small for her age. She is a particularly beautiful tabby with Bengal-like stripes. Athena would adjust to a loving new home in no time.
