Boscoe was born in our rescue when his mother came to us expecting puppies any day. He is very easy going, sweet boy, leash training in progress, and house training in progress. He was raised with his mom until he was 10 weeks old, and indoors. He loves to play and will be a great family pet. To Adopt go to www.kcpetrescue.org and submit an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boscoe, a Somers Mountain Cur/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mountain Cur/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Somers, or seeking a Mountain Cur/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Somers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Somers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Somers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mountain Cur/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Mountain Cur/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Somers paves the way for another one to be saved.
