Harley and Higgins were just puppies when they became brothers and best buddies — an unlikely pair growing up together in a loving family. They played together, slept together and always had each others’ backs. But now that their family’s living situation has turned on its head, we are looking for a new family who can let this dynamic duo stay together forever!
What do you get when you cross a Boston Terrier with an English Bulldog? You get a totally goofy, ridiculous, lumbering clown. Harley is the vertically challenged half of the dynamic duo with a big smile and sense of humor to match! Although he lets big brother Higgins make all the new introductions first, Harley will be the wigglebutt in the background, waiting for big brother to give him the thumbs up. He still has enough puppy in him to get struck by the Puppy Crazies and zoom around the yard at top speed! And when the urge hits him, he’ll suddenly body slam Higgins (well, “leg slam” is more like it) and instigate a game of wrestlemania. He even still enjoys a good chew toy and he can keep himself busy very nicely. If you know bulldogs, you'll probably be familiar with how he jumps up on people, how he drools, snores and farts quite frequently -- hey, you gotta take the good with the challenging!! Harley will repay all your kindness and patience by being the most loyal sidekick any pair could ever want.
Harley and Higgins are “brothers from other mothers” and the best of friends, so we are looking for a home with hearts (and homes and cars) big enough to fit both of these happy kids. Harley is 5 years young and Higgins is 6 years young, they're purebreds and they're healthy as can be.
