Meet two of our newest gals – Kiara and Kiana! These beauties found themselves at a Houston Shelter just terrified. They are absolutely stunning and our Bernese Mountain dog mixes. They are 70 and 60 pounds or so and only about a year old.
When the awesome Harris County volunteer brought them to our boarding facility for us they were absolutely terrified and one of them had to be carried inside. However, within half an hour of their arrival after they knew they were safe they came out of their shells and we're bouncing in playing in the yard.
Amazingly, both girls are heartworm negative and seem to be in good health. We don't know how they ended up at the pound, but they are safe now forever and looking for homes.
If you are interested in adopting one or both of these darling girls, please complete an application on our website at www.scoutshonor.org !
