Meet one of our newest gals – Piper! Piper and her sister found themselves at a Houston Shelter just terrified. They are absolutely stunning and our Bernese Mountain dog mixes. They are 70 and 60 pounds or so and only about a year old.
While they were terrified when we rescued them, within half an hour of their arrival at the boarding facility after they knew they were safe they came out of their shells and we're bouncing and playing in the yard.
Piper is an amazing girl. Super well-behaved, loves everyone, is great with kiddos, and is also perfect with other dogs and even cats! What more could you ask for?! She has impeccable house-manners and is just a fantastic girl all around.
Amazingly, Piper is heartworm negative and in good health. We don't know how they ended up at the pound, but they are safe now forever and looking for homes.
