Greetings to you, humans! I am called Bronte.  As a female of 5 years,  I have seen much of the world in my travels and now seek a place of rest, tranquility, and companionship.  Alas, I have been alone for an age and long for a family of my own. While I must admit I do not care for my feline relations,  I truly miss the simple pleasure of snuggling into the palm of a kind hand, knowing that I am welcomed and safe. There are many visitors at the Adoption Center, so I am quite hopeful that any one of the people who walk through the door might be the ones for me, perhaps it will even be you!!! My looks are rather unique with my "torbie" style fur and I would be a lovely compliment to any home...are you searching for a cat to bring into your family? Allow me to present myself for your consideration...

My ideal home would be one in which I am the sole cat in residence-I assure you, with me around, you will not miss the presence of any others. I am known to be a rather sweet girl of simple tastes. I don't require elaborate toys or fancy feasts. I would be content with having a human with whom I can bond and love.  I consider myself something of an intellectual and enjoy conversing with those who pause near me. Simply make eye contact with me and we can enjoy a pleasant exchange of meows and mews! I also very much enjoy napping and one of my few self-indulgences is my cozy cat bed. There is nothing like the feeling of curling up into a soft cushion as you fall asleep. If I were your kitty, you could even put one near your favorite spot so that we can pass the time together reading, enjoying a movie, or just sipping some tea. I do hope you'll consider coming by to meet me and see if we might suit one another! Just ask the humans for Bronte. My adoption fee is $120.

About Feline Rescue, Inc.

Our Adoption Process...

By adopting a Feline Rescue cat you will be supporting a caring, no-kill shelter and making room for one more homeless cat. We are always looking for good, safe, loving homes for our many cats and kittens. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. If a sponsorship fits your schedule better, you may support a cat of your choice and we will send you pictures and updates. All of our cats are feline leukemia/FIV tested, fecal tested, neutered/spayed, vaccinated and all of our kittens are vet checked, fecal checked and given their first set of shots. All receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs. Adoption Hours: We are open seven days a week for adoptions, but our hours do vary because we are staffed entirely by volunteers. Call (651) 642-5900 for specific times and more information.
