Pippin is 5 years old, but in many ways still has the energy level of a kitten. He needs quite a bit of attention and active play daily. He is a "cave dweller" - he loves to be in bags or boxes as soon as they are emptied. He also loves to chase any sort of toy, especially wand toys. He is extremely affectionate when he trust you, and likes to cuddle in your lap or even up on your shoulder by your face, but if he is nervous he will be skittish and hide, or even hiss and swat if he feels cornered. He tends to be more affectionate and trusting with females than males. I believe he needs to be in a one animal home where his owner can give him a lot of focused attention. He is also a bit food obsessed and will steal other animals' food as well as human food and get into the trash occasionally if there is something enticing like meat scraps. He is totally healthy, and currently eats a high quality wet-food only diet.
