Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mrs. Chubbs is a 3 year old toy beagle. She is very small in height, but unfortunately not so small in width. We have checked with a vet, and she really is just obese. She needs a home willing to keep her on the right amount of quality food, refrain from too many snack events and get her lots of walks. She is already losing weight in her foster home with just some food restriction and walks, which she really enjoys. She currently weighs 25 lbs but should really be around 16 lbs, so she is or should be a very small beagle.
She is a happy go lucky, surprisingly active little girl. She loves toys although she hoards more than retrieves. She is also active and wagging her tail. She gets along with all people but is a little submissive. Her motto is "just rub my belly". She is good with other dogs that don't steal her toys and is also good with cats, although she playfully plays with them if given the chance. She is housebroken if you keep her on a regular schedule.
Mrs. Chubbs would love a home that feeds her good but consistent amounts of food, and will keep her mind and body active with plenty of toys and walks. And give her lots of belly rubs. She is a great little personality type of companion dog. She is fully vetted, spayed and microchipped. Mrs. Chubbs is fostered in the Huntsville, AL area.
