Lucy's Story...
Lucy is a puppy, about 4 mos old she still has almost all of her baby teeth:). Lucy was saved from a shelter and is such a sweet girl! Lucy is very very smart and would love an owner who would teach her lots of things to keep her mind busy. She is loving and very affectionate. She's people focused and dog friendly and she likes standing in the kiddie pool. Lucy is 30 lbs, she will be Med-Lg we think. She's chipped and vaccinated and spayed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucy, a Los Angeles Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
