My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ntroducing MYKA!!
Myka is a 4 month old (estimated DOB 12/11/16), currently around 4 pound, spayed female mix breed puppy. According to the previous owners, mom is a Lhasa Apso, and dad a Norfolk terrier. She will likely remain small when full grown. She was surrendered to a good samaritan with her siblings Ariel, Pascal, and Basil.

Myka is one of the shyest of the litter, but warms up quickly. She loves her sister and brothers, and enjoys playing with them and toys. She would do well with a doggy playmate around her size. She is an active puppy and would greatly benefit from a puppy class while still young so she can learn to curb some of her typical puppy antics. She is affectionate and likes to be held. Myka does well being crated, but is not yet potty trained and will need work on that in her new forever home. Because she is so small, has sharp nails and puppy teeth, she is not recommened for small children.

Myka's preferred home has a fenced yard, and someone home enough to devote the time and energy to raising an active puppy and the demands involved. No children under 10 please.

Myka is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area once adopted. She is spayed, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations, and micro-chipped.

Local adopters must meet same requirements as out of state adopters.

Adoption fee is $170, and transport fee to the East coast via Rescue Road Trips is $185.
