Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This cute little chocolate/tan piebald is Tami Tamari. Tami became a DREAM Dachsie when a local shelter put out a plea for her rescue. One of our rescue partners at the shelter told us that he felt the need to advocate for her because she has an absolutely fabulous personality. He said that she is incredibly friendly, loves to be held, and greeted other dogs beautifully, as she is anything but shy. With the shelter's space limitations, he didn’t want her to fall through the cracks, so he hoped we could find a spot for this little love-bug.
Tami is about 3 years old and weighs 13 1/2 lbs. Her foster mom told us that Tami loves her people and will follow you around, wanting to cuddle every chance she gets. Tami has what is commonly know as a "cherry eye," for which she'll receive corrective surgery in the near future. But in the mean time, she's looking for a loving forever home where she will be an amazing companion to anyone who adopts her.
