Abbot is a male Maltipoo approximately 1 year old. He is very soft and silky and his coat is a gorgeous shiny golden/apricot/cream color. Abbot has been professionally groomed and currently has a very short haircut. His coat will grow out longer and wavy if allowed. Abbot is non-shedding and housebroken. He weighs 12 pounds full grown and is a nice, manageable size. Abbot is a perky, smart, happy dog who is excellent with children and great with other dogs. He is very adaptable and will easily fit in wherever he is. Abbot is bouncy and loves to play and be handled. He can withstand lots of attention and loving, wiggling his whole body in appreciation. Abbot has a lively spirit and loves to be included. He is not a couch potato and loves long walks, hikes, trips to the beach, park or even just running errands around town. He will eagerly participate in whatever you have planned for the day. He could probably learn fetch with ease and already know "sit" on command. Although super friendly and active, Abbot is also quite gentle and has a sweet, tender way about him when snuggling up inside. You can count on him to be a good boy when friends come over, the more the merrier. Abbot was rescued from a high-volume shelter. He is a lovely, interactive, fun, all around pet and should make an excellent choice for a family with children or an active couple. Abbot is very healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Abbot’s adoption donation is $475 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Abbot is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Courtney and Tanya is ready for his forever home.
