My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bo is Adopted

BO is currently being fostered in Canton OH and his adoption fee/donation is $300

BO is a pure bread 4 yr old (5 in june) male cocker spaniel.
He came into our rescue as an owner surrender, not by any fault of his own.
BO loved his "daddy" he was always attached to him, but unfortunately he passed away.
Shortly after that, his other owner, had to be placed in an assisted living and couldnt keep BO.

This boy is such a special one, he has such a happy go lucky personality, he just LOVES his humans, especially children.
BO gets along well with other dogs and even cats, he is just so mellow and fun loving.
He likes to play with tennis balls and toys too, everything a usual cocker enjoys doing.

Bo does have some work to do on housetraining, he isnt perfect, but he sure does well with positive training.
He has been through the loss of his "daddy" and "momma", then being re homed, its not uncommon for these dogs to need some retraining.

Bo also has skin allergies, and needs to be kept on a grain free holistic, low ingredient diet, he gets very raw and crusty skin issues otherwise.
He also has exhibited separation anxiety, another common issue with dogs that have lost their owners and are adjusting to a new environment.
We are looking for a home for him where someone is home much of the day, he wouldn't be a good fit for a family that is away from the home full time.

Bo is already neutered and up to date on vaccines as well as negative for heartworm.
