River was found on a desolate road where he was most likely dumped. He is about a year old. River appears to be a Lab mix, with possibly Beagle due to his size. River does well with other dogs, with proper introduction. He is looking for a home that won't give up on him and has lots of love and quality time to offer. He does well with other dogs and proper introductions.

He is neutered and UTD on all required vaccinations. He is microchipped, heart worm negative and on a heartworm and flea preventative.
