Sweet, friendly, playful, good-natured, and incredibly handsome to boot - we cannot sing enough praises about our awesome boy Cowboy! Like the classic Staffy, Cowboy is incredibly loving, engaging, loyal, robust, intelligent, and fun-loving. Cowboy was rescued from a kill shelter in Riverside County, and he has been stealing the hearts of volunteers from day one. He gets along very well with other dogs, cats, and humans young and old. Cowboy’s day currently consists of romping around the yard and playing tug-of-war with his best friend Conway, greeting and following volunteers around with a happy tail, going on walks around the block and eagerly sniffing everything in sight, and sprawling out for a nice, long nap in between. Cowboy is a solid 40-50 pounds, not too big and not too small in our opinion, and he is estimated to be around 2 years old as of May 2017. Spend just a few minutes with Cowboy and you’ll fall in love with his amiable and easygoing personality!
