RoxyRoo's Story...
RoxyRoo is a wonderful girl looking for a great home! She is a 2yr old German Shorthaired Pointer and possibly Lab mix who is 40lbs.

She is a beautiful and very sweet girl who loves to run and play but at the end of the day she is so happy to cuddle up with her humans for some nice quite time. RoxyRoo is great with kids and loves to play with other dogs. Another good point in her favor...she is already potty trained!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

RoxyRoo, a Columbus German Shorthaired Pointer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shorthaired Pointer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Columbus, or seeking a German Shorthaired Pointer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shorthaired Pointer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with German Shorthaired Pointer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
