Penny, 1 year 4lbs, Female Chihuahua. Penny is blonde with the cutest pink noise. She is UTD on Shots, spayed. Penny is tiny girl. She was brought into a nearby shelter with what appeared to be injuries suffered from being hit by a car. She has been treated by our vet and expected to make a full recovery.
