I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

SunnyBoy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with kids.

SunnyBoy's Story...
I adopted Sunny Boy about 2-weeks ago, but only took possession about a week ago.

He can from Benica/Vallejo Humane Society in Vallejo Ca. According to their records he was only in the shelter for about 2 weeks. I named him Sunny Boy but the shelter refers to him as Lucas.

Sunny Boy is about a year old according to shelter records

I am looking for a home where he can have space to roam.

He loves to run in the park, walk in the neighborhood on a leash
At night he will sneakily cuddle up in bed if you let him.
He likes to snuggle up next to you
He has a face that begs for attention
He is the perfect companion for the single person or a family
He is easily trainable

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SunnyBoy, a Vallejo Dachshund/Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Maltese for sale in Vallejo, or seeking a Dachshund/Maltese dog from a breeder in Vallejo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vallejo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vallejo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Maltese breeders who help with Dachshund/Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vallejo paves the way for another one to be saved.
