URGENT!

13 yo Caco's Owner Passed Away.....

Baldwin, NY

Caquito, aka Caco is a healthy 13 year old handsome male with one green eye and the other blue.

A family member took Caco in but unfortunately the resident cat is not accepting him. Their cat now has health issues that are stress induced and Caco must go. He will be brought to a shelter if an adopter is not found. PLEASE SHARE!!!

Caco is VERY sweet and affectionate. Loves watching TV on his human's lap and could spend hours in that position. He is quiet and so obedient and would make a great companion.

Caco was the only pet in his previous home, so a one cat household would be best. No experience with dogs.

He is up to date on medical and is a good boy for his annual vet visits.

About Road to Home Rescue Support - Long Island, NY

About Our Rescue Group...

Road to Home was started to be able to focus on animals in need and to provide support to local rescues. After years of working in shelters and with rescues, we decided starting our own rescue was the best way to do what we do best! We are a 100 percent non-profit and 100 percent of the money we raise goes towards animals in need. Our 5013c is pending. Here’s what we will focus on:

-Providing guidance and support for re-homing an animal.
-Providing medical attention, training, spay/neuter, and food/supplies to a homeless animal.
-Pulling an animal from a euthanasia list or from an unsafe situation and placing them in a foster or permanent home.
-Working with rescues and shelters to facilitate adoptions by doing home checks, adoption applications, and networking to find foster or permanent homes for animals in need.
-Working with rescues and shelters to coordinate adoption events, food drives, and fundraisers.
-Raising money through a Chip-In to help specific dogs with training, medical needs, and adoption.
-Raising funds that can be allocated to specific needs of other rescues and shelters (including medical expenses, training expenses, food, and transport) as well as pledging money to animals in jeopardy of euthanasia.
