Hey there, I'm CHARLIE. I'm a 2.5 year old 50lb Husky/Shepherd mix girl who's looking for my perfect family.
I'm a social girl who is a bit reserved when meeting new people, but friendly when I get to know you. I'm good with other dogs, in fact my bff is MOLLY who another dog up for adoption at Just Paws. Don't worry though, you don't have to adopt both of us. I prefer to be the only dog in my home. You know, be the Queen and all ha ha. I know lots of commands like Sit, Lie down, Paw, Wait, Come etc etc. I'm not comfortable with children so it's best that my home has adults only. I'm ok with cats as long as we've been properly introduced.
I love to go for walks and playtime, and I'm a cuddlebug with my humans! I'm good on leash, but sometimes I get too excited when I see squirrels, then I get hearing impaired lol. But I mean come on, have you seen those things and their bushy tails? How could you not want to chase them?
I used to have allergies, but since I've been on raw diet I haven't needed any medication at all. My coat is shiny and pretty, so my family should be open to keeping me on this food. I also adore cheese as a treat!
I'm living at a boarding place with a wonderful trainer who will give you tips on integrating me into your home. A house with a fenced in backyard to run and play in would be perfect for me, so no condos please.
