Hi Everybody,
I’m Cody, a happy, sweet and playful little Bichon boy of two, who weighs 11 pounds soaking wet. Mom says I am pretty adorable – and that I’m definitely a people person! I love people of all shapes and sizes, especially when they give belly rubs. Did I mention that I live for belly rubs?)
I’m a happy little guy who loves to be with my person or family. That’s where I get to practice my amazing communications skills, while also showing that I’m quite the entertainer! Mom says I have these expressive big brown eyes that dance, and then I stand on my hind legs, reach out with my paws and make a connection. And while I’m usually with Mom whenever I can be, she does occasionally have to go places without me. Then when Mom gets home, I jump up on my back legs to say hi, and once she starts petting me, I lie down on my back for a belly rub. And Mom likes me so much, she’s happy to oblige! But I am also very polite. Once someone stops petting me, I just lie down quietly, happy to be close by.
I am also a good friend to other furkids and enjoy their companionship. I like to follow them and do what they do. And I also enjoy playing (with them and my humans!) We play keep-away and fetch and tug-of-war. I’m working on commands, and Dad says that I am pretty darn smart, too. I am housebroken, love walks and especially car rides. I love to ride what is called ’shotgun’ with the wind blowing in my hair.
I will do well in any home where there are people and a FurKid or two. If you are looking for a lifetime companion who is amazingly endearing and super sweet then I’m your boy. Just fill out an application and ask for Cody. I’ll be waiting.
