Jewels's Story...
Hello! My name is Jewels. I am a fabulous female Maltese mix born in 2008. I weigh around 4 pounds.

I have the sort of presence that can light up any room! I think my name is Jewels because my personality shines like the precious jewels of the world...Diamonds, emeralds, sapphires... you name it! I always have the best attitude! You'll never see me without a smile on my face when I'm in the company of my peeps. When people meet me, they can't help but bond and fell head over heels in love! I am very charismatic and have no problem getting into your lap for a snuggle! I'm the dream lap dog. I will never refuse you a lap cuddle and I'd be a great candidate to take on errands! My teeny tiny size makes traveling very convenient!

Not only does my personality shine, but I also have the cutest looks! When I walk into a room, all eyes are on me. My adorable strut gets me a lot of attention! I have a natural bounce in the way that I move. The pep in my step always makes people smile! I'd love to show off my sassy walk with leisurely walks around the neighborhood! That is, if you promise you'll snuggle me afterwards, hehe.

I'm sure this won't come as a surprise, but I also have love for my fellow dog pals! If you have any in your home, I'd love to meet them to see if we could be a good match! I get along with most everyone I meet so I'm not too worried about it.

I can't wait to light up someone's life like a jewels beaming in the sunshine! Ask the front desk to meet me today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jewels, a Denver Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Denver, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
