It turns out that the wound on the top of his head was from a BB gun. The other wounds are from dog bites, or burns from BB's not embedding. While under sedation for his neuter the wounds were further explored and they found/removed 2 more BB's, in addition to 3 other BB's in an area of his head that they do not feel safe removing at this time. The swelling in his neck has gone down significantly after being started on antibiotics. His eyes were extremely dry but are looking much better with drops.
