Tanner's Story...
Tanner is a purebred Bengal. He's 12, his owner used to be home often with him. She adopted a second cat six years ago. Things were fine for the most part. But when she took on a second job and moved, Tanner couldn't take the many, many hours she's gone. He does have a chicken allergy and is doing fine on Blue Buffalo Basics Lamb. So he will continue to need that food and nothing else. But he does need a home where someone is home with him most all the time. He is a social boy and needs that companionship of a owner. He's best as a only pet and really going forward that is what he needs. A non smoking home with a older retired person or someone working from home. He has a home with a cattio in it and he loves a screened porch where he can sit and feel the breeze. He can not become a cat who goes outside. But a nice screened in patio or room with big sunny windows he would love. He is a purebred Bengal boy. If his needs sounds like a life you can offer him, please call or text me at 517 294 4514 or email me at marlas2468@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tanner, a Ypsilanti Bengal cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bengal for sale in Ypsilanti, or seeking a Bengal cat from a breeder in Ypsilanti.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ypsilanti already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ypsilanti breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bengal breeders who help with Bengal rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ypsilanti paves the way for another one to be saved.
