Emma Grace's Story...
This beautiful girl is Emma Grace and she was surrendered to the local animal control by her owner about a year and a half ago and we went and rescued her and since then she has been vetted tested negative for FIV/FELV been spayed and has been adopted out to what we thought was her forever home where she was very happy for a long time until the new owner decided to get another cat and then a very large aggressive german shepherd that wanted to eat her so she was returned to me. she then went into another foster home that had another cat and kids and a adult male in the home and we found out she is terrified of men and she doesn't do well with children. This girl is so sweet and loving she is a perfect lap kitty and would do wonderful in a quiet home with no other animals or small children she would be a wonderful companion kitty. she does adjust to a man but you will have to be patient and they will have to work with her but she loves women and she is so sweet and wants your constant attention. she needs a perfect forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emma Grace, a granite falls Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in granite falls, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in granite falls.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in granite falls already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a granite falls breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in granite falls paves the way for another one to be saved.
