My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Otis is an awesome blend of pug and beagle....he is an insecure, shy fellow whose puppy years were not happy ones. "Odie" is fearful of just about everything, and repeatedly tried to curl up in a far corner of his yard to avoid any human contact, but he is slowing learning that all humans are not bad. A major hurdle was overcome when he actually entered his indoor space and discovered his soft, comfortable bed. he now goes in and out and is finally using his pet door. Trust is slow, but each day shows progress...A mellow fellow who shows no aggression toward canines or humans, he has begun to watch for a human to take him for a walk. He is wagging his curly tail, and beginning to play. He mingles with the other dogs, and is showing more confidence every day. Otis would make a wonderful companion for someone with the time and patience to help him develop more confidence.
