Also known as Sully Monster, he is loved dearly in his foster home! Sully is a two year old purebred Shih Tzu boy. Prior to finding the safety of rescue, Sully lived in a hoarding breeder's home with little human contact or love. We have since learned that the attention Sully did receive came from a part-time male caretaker, and as a result Sully loves the big, strong, loving men in his life! In fact, he bonds quickly and deeply to adult males and older male children. For the lovely ladies in his life, he takes a few days to warm up, but when he does, no one in the home is safe from the slobbery kisses of the Sully Monster! Sully is being introduced to new experiences and adventures often, and is opening up to realize the big, wide world is pretty amazing. A new family that would continue to show him all of the love, patience, and wonderful experiences this life has to offer would be amazing for him! Sully is dog and cat friendly, and great with older children. Young children can be a little scary, and like to pull on all of that hair-ouch! We like to set all of our sweeties up for success, and will accept applications for homes with older children or no children only. Sully is house trained with regular opportunity, crate trained, and leash trained. He is up to date on vaccines, heart worm preventatives, flea preventatives, and microchipped.
