Max's Story...
Max has recently moved from the country to the city, and it isn't working out for him! His new neighbors have pet chickens and pet bunnies, things he didn't encounter in his old home. He has decided he likes chicken and bunnies...too much. He has always been an outside dog with a fence, which he doesn't have now. He would like a home with kind, loving people who will give him a warm shelter, fenced yard and play time! Max is gentle and friendly! He is NOT Neutered, but will have to be within one month of his adoption. If you think you have a great home for Max, please contact me about meeting him!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Chewelah Samoyed/Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Samoyed/Chow Chow for sale in Chewelah, or seeking a Samoyed/Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Chewelah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chewelah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chewelah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Samoyed/Chow Chow breeders who help with Samoyed/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chewelah paves the way for another one to be saved.
