Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We were called to take in Brandi from the Emergency vet. She was hit by a car and had been wandering around for a few days before a good samaritan found her. They scooped her up and rushed her to the emergency vet immediately. Once there they scanned her for a microchip and did not locate one. Brandi had no collar or tags on either. It was determined that she had no broken bones, but she did have infected gashes, some of which were all the way to the bone. After some antibiotics and pain meds were given (and a large bill paid) they called CCR to foster her until an owner could be located. The good samaritan called animal control, placed an ad in the Star News as instructed by AC, advertised on facebook, craigslist, lost and found dogs, etc. No owner came to claim Brandi in the required timeframe so they became the lawful owner and signed Brandi over to CCR. Brandi is now current on shots, is spayed, has been de-wormed, tested negative for heartworms and has been started on monthly prevention. Her estimated D.O.B. is 8/1/16. She is a super sweetie, but in a devilish way. She loves to run and play in the yard and boy can she run fast. She also likes to snuggle and give kisses. She is a funny sassy girl that will do well in most any family.
