Georgia's Story...
Georgia is a very loving and rambunctious 3 year old lab mix. Fully potty trained, but needs to work on her manners and social skills. She loves to play with people and animals of all sizes (though they don't always respond in kind) and would do well in a home with someone who has time to train her. She wants to learn and please the people she loves, she just needs someone with the time and patience to teach her how. She is up to date on her shots, but would need to be spayed. If you would like more information please contact Chris Murphy at 261-2172.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Georgia, a Parkton Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Parkton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Parkton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Parkton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Parkton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Parkton paves the way for another one to be saved.
