Dallas is enjoying the comfort of a home and family familiar with his breed as he waits to be adopted. To meet him, email: jpasfosterEB@gmail.com

Here is what his foster mom says about him: Dallas arrived at our home terrified. He probably had little interaction with people. Amazingly, he loves older kids. He seeks out my children (ages 10 and 13). He will come when called but will run to not be caught. He is also fearful of being picked up so we recommend a home without small children. He has made progress in socializing with family. When we return to house he's happy to see us and comes out to greet.

Dallas is 11 years young and can see the smallest crumb. He navigates stairs easily. He does well with others dogs and is crate trained. We are looking for a patient, experienced dog owner.

Medical notes - Dallas is prone to forming bladder stones. He should only be fed a prescription diet formulated to prevent stone formation. A bag of prescription diet food will be included with his adoption. He has had surgery to remove bladder stones and a teeth cleaning.

Dallas is part of our Senior Discount Program! That means the adoption fee is waived, and the first six months of heartworm preventative is covered by the shelter. Adoption also includes a bag of the prescription diet food, vaccinations, mandatory spay/neuter, heartworm test, and microchip.
