SAYDI's Story...
There are six adorable puppies in this litter and each one of them is just as friendly, happy and loving as they can be. They love to run and play, eat, nap and play again. Unfortunately their Mom was dumped in a local kill shelter right before she was to give birth. We managed to get her and the puppies out a few days later and they have been great every since. They are good puppies too, not so hyper you can’t love on them and they all get along with each other really well. Their Mom is a full blooded Lab weighing 62 lbs, but not sure what Dad was (maybe a Shepherd mix). Saydi is sure to bring about a lot of fun to some lucky family. She was born 1/21/17 making her 11 weeks old and weighing 11 pounds (medium size in the litter) at the time of this posting (4/10/17). She has been spayed, microchipped, fecal tested, current on all vaccines, worming and on heartworm and flea prevention. Her adoption fee is $400.

Saydi is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted she will be transported to her pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and her fee does include transportation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SAYDI, a Newburgh Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Newburgh, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Newburgh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newburgh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newburgh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newburgh paves the way for another one to be saved.
