Giotto's Story...

Giotto is a mushy kitten that loves to play - he's the leader of his litter. He is very playful both with people and pets. He's the first to investigate things and loves to be loved. He is charming in looks and personality! He was taken in as a small baby during a TNR/P project in Putnam County NY. He's a strong, healthy little guy! Giotto is scheduled to be neutered in November, and is currently available to go home (we will coordinate with family to get him to his neuter appointment) is up to date on his shots, has tested negative for FIV/FeL. He has been dewormed, and is free of fleas. All of which are part of the adoption donation of $125. Please complete an application to be considered to adopt Giotto. http://www.soundearth.com/SEAdoptionForm.pdf To view more pictures go to: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10152674095226886.1073741836.49159386885&type=1 We raise our rescues in foster homes so they are already accustomed to people, phones, radios and tv; all the noises of home life. Because we work out of our home we require a completed application before you come to visit. We have many kittens available for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Giotto, a Fishkill Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Fishkill, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Fishkill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fishkill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fishkill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fishkill paves the way for another one to be saved.
