Roxi's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Roxi's Story...
Roxi is very sweet, and moderately quiet. She was rescued in Poughquag NY and is quite happy to be indoors with her litter mates and people. She is shy but warms up to people quickly. She's healthy and happy! Roxi is spayed, is up to date on her shots, has tested negative for FIV/FeL. She has been dewormed, and is free of fleas. All of which are part of the adoption donation of $125. Please complete an application to be considered to adopt Roxi. http://www.soundearth.com/SEAdoptionForm.pdf You can meet Roxi and other kittens in person at Cold Spring Pet Supply - she and hers pals are showcased in a wonderfully designed window display. http://coldspringpetsupply.com/ To view more pictures go to: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10152674095226886.1073741836.49159386885&type=1 We strongly believe in the 'Buddy System' and unless medically necessary require adopters to either have another animal companion already in their home or to adopt a pair. We raise our rescues in foster homes so they are already accustomed to people, phones, radios and tv; all the noises of home life. Because we work out of our home we require a completed application before you come to visit. We have many kittens available for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roxi, a Fishkill Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Fishkill, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Fishkill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fishkill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fishkill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fishkill paves the way for another one to be saved.
