Bonnie's Story...
Bonnie is a great, friendly sweet kitten. She has been fostered since she was about 1 week old so she is completely comfortable with people. She's got wonderful markings... looks like the Phantom of the Opera! She quite playful and gets along nicely with cats and kittens alike. We have many kittens to chose from: long hair, short hair, medium hair, black/white, silver, tiger and tabby, male and female. Of course they're adorable and playful. Some are snuggle bugs others are very playful so they don't have a lot of time to snuggle! All are in good health, and we follow them through the vetting process: shots, spay/neuter, worming. All have tested negative for FIV/FeL. The adoption fee covers all these procedures. Please complete an application to be considered to adopt our kittens. http://www.soundearth.com/SEAdoptionForm.pdf To view more pictures go to: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10152674095226886.1073741836.49159386885&type=1 We raise our rescues in foster homes so they are already accustomed to people, phones, radios and tv; all the noises of home life. Because we work out of our home we require a completed application before you come to visit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bonnie, a Fishkill Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Fishkill, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Fishkill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fishkill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fishkill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fishkill paves the way for another one to be saved.
